Returns & Exchanges

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return

2. We will provide return instructions, including the return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to an error on our part).
• You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature, including:
